Stock Market Woes

Stocks have been hit hard the last couple of days. There are a couple reasons for this. One reason is the gas prices have scared people into selling. Ironically, this makes gas prices high as fear increases and so does speculation. The people determine the economy, not the analysts.

Another reason is more political. Barrack Obama has scared many investors with his tax on investments plans. So every time Barrack wins a state the stock market dips. He has a lovely effect on the economy before he is even president, if he even gets elected. Don’t worry though, no matter who become president there is likely to be a rally in the market afterwards. This is what history has shown anyway. All and all there is just way too much speculating going on right now and speculation does not breed stability.
